Introduction

A magazine winder is an inverted winder design where the surface roll is positioned above the winding shaft. This configuration applies optimal pressure on the winding roll, ensuring precise tension control and superior winding quality, making it ideal for heavy denier fabrics and FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) applications.
Infeed System a motor with a suitable gearbox reduction assembly which provides the smooth flow with appropriate tension of warp tape through load cell tension control system.
